1. Acceptance of Terms

• “By accessing or using oowls.com (the “Site”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.”  

2. Description of Service

• “oowls.com provides an online social platform that allows users to create profiles, connect with other users, Post media and engage in communication. The Site is intended for adults aged 17 and older.”

3. User Accounts

• Eligibility: “You must be at least 17 years old to create an account on oowls.com.”
• Account Responsibility: “You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.”  
• Accuracy: “You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile and to update your information as necessary.”
• Account Termination: “We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.”  

4. User Conduct

• User Content: “You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Site. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content on the Site.”

5. Purchases and Payments

• “If you make purchases on the Site, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your full payment card information.”
